What is Average?

Humans have instincts. Human instincts are not exactly the same as animal instinct, yet they exist. Studying natures of animals assists in helping people understand behavior, yet it is time to begin analyzing our own behavior, because anything we do not understand controls us and continues to fuel conflict between everyone.

An issue bothering me is a misunderstanding and everyone searches for blame. Though bothering me for awhile it is difficult to place into words to describe the root of the problem without getting personal. Even though knowing various ideas about philosophy and psychology assist in coping with problems or approach issues with methodology until finding a solution does not make me immune to problems; assisting everyone cope with problems so at least at there is at least one rational person around is worth blogging.

Before beginning, I should mention this is not in relation to how any dress code or preferences in music. These issues are the least valuable information when identifying any particular issue involving morals, ethics, vocation or education. In fact, a person cannot see a lot of information about an individual by looking at them.

Though theoretical, I have had illnesses and recovered a couple times in my life. Close to a full recovery and working on getting better to increase stamina, I witness both sides of the biggest issue most television, film and media sources are exploiting without resolution.

Believing in scent instincts, unknown sources are affecting humans. Frequently, yet not all the time, our actions and understanding is developing with part of the brain without a conscious communication. This might be a part of the Id, yet if enough people suffer the same problem, it is probably instinct.

Currently, people in media have a higher level of stamina because it relates to their job. A successful actor and actress have to function on a higher level of health to memorize and act believably throughout twelve to fourteen hour work days with minimal sleep for several days. This is a high expectation in a population wherein most people go to work or school at a desk, get home and watch television.

Since this is important only certain types of people, no racial determination, qualify for this type of glorification. Frequently a new actor or actress looks slightly above average, yet find better jobs when reaching this point of stamina that makes them hirable. At this time they are attractive and even put down as not being as attractive in past years before developing similar traits through experience.

Being on both sides because of potentially self-inflicted health issues through overexertion, questionable dietary habits along with holding regular jobs and lying around on the couch, I began to witness the problem after increasing energy levels. It is wondrous how much my perception changes in relation to other people while self-image remains the same and other people's attitude towards me changes drastically.

With this experience I have empathy for everyone. As a person with average health good looking people are still attractive though wondering if this endowment of intelligence and virtue is a causality of media glorifying themselves and friends. Usually a high-energy person impedes relaxation and their energy becomes scary. It is easy to reinforce this perception by observing a failing in their character. Perhaps they are getting by on appearance or looking blocky. They have everyone fooled except me. Meanwhile people of the same health level look nice and when feeling tired at the same time everyone looks like children becoming sleepy in the later parts of the day, cute.

Working on increasing my health because I know sustainable levels of energy are important to becoming an actress, at the beginning of the day everyone looks fine. Everyone might even look elegant and festive, yet as the day goes on many people begin fade, like a ghost. At this time I become offended because they look like monsters in various movies, what I used to look like at this time of the day became an unfriendly stereotype. This media instated perception, because I realize only average people look faded in this way to the people who maintain overall aesthetic and bounciness.

Recognizing I am still up and bouncy I might try to make other people feel up and bouncy to get through the next few hours or recognize they are fully capable of getting through the rest of the day if focusing entirely on the immediate task. Everyone has felt tired at some time. It causes irritability and slows down the mind. A limited amount of information is processed. Associations in each characteristic are real; however, the extension of judgment beyond "tired" is not. This is important to understand, because as mentioned before class, occupation, lifestyle and other information cannot be viewed, yet people make these assumptions.

Realize someone is at a much higher or lower level of energy. The extremes are causing visual difference. It does not mean anything more than this so react appropriately. Understand the tired person wants an average amount of excitement to bring their energy levels up and the person with high energy only requires a helpful mention that silence and a small nap would be helpful in rejuvenating themselves.

Idealizing people on the stage and screen with higher levels of energy is causing mistrust. This misunderstanding grows in hostility because people lack empathy or understanding. Let it go and practice other methods to disassociate from trauma. It is easy to become obsessed with a person associated to a traumatic experience and then fixates on personal characteristics. There are others with the same characteristics to easily disprove any all encompassing statement, "They are all awful."

Hopefully, this will diffuse ongoing and escalating problems. There are perfectly understandable explanations of the circumstance. If instinct is ignored and unexplained these issues will escalate into conflict. In addition, if most people work in offices there is an unrealistic viewpoint about average, because running five mile is not important to most jobs.
