Philosology Notes

Notes for this site and self-help are linked to the main blog page. There are several tips on the website, yet they are difficult to find amongst the many past and future articles.

Most important tip is to see a professional Psychiatrist or Psychologist when necessary. This site assists people in becoming aware of people and themselves. There are a few articles with an association to unlocking and verbalizing subconscious information. Everyone has problems. When experiencing a mental block or feeling a memory is too threatening to cope with schedule appointments with a Psychologist. They are able to talk to a person one-on-one and address precise issues. This site mainly assists in identifying potential issues. This makes it easier to talk to people, yet it does not substitute personal care.

In addition to personal care, Psychologists are able to prescribe drugs. Psychologists have a plethora of coping methods. Regardless of preference between psychiatric health methods there is a strong connection between physical illness and mental illness. Debate concerning whether physical illness causes mental duress or mental duress causes physical illness is inconclusive. Improving life makes it easier to distance one's self from prior trauma and make conscious changes in life because the memory is no longer as threatening.

Clarifying facts around events is an intimidating process. Sometimes people experience blackouts. They were probably experiencing blackouts previously and now are able to recognize when experiencing blackouts. Anything the mind wishes to suppress remains subconscious, yet they are as well as they were before. Memories do not change. Processing information is important. It is understandable that people with problems will have an attraction to this website because of content.

Recommendations for rehabilitation attempts are to work with a trustworthy friend or privately. Working with a trustworthy friend implies safety, yet they might be judgmental and do not take privacy oaths. They are not Psychiatrists or Psychologists. Family and friends are available for moral support and equally likely to engage in less than accommodating behaviors. There is a limit to support and knowledge from a novice when handling psychosis.

Currently basic prose impacts many people's decisions. Deciding everyone is either a Hero or Villain is unrealistic. The real world does not function with Heroes and Villains. There are only challenges and successes; ergo, we are partially heroic and villainous. This applies to everyone. Life is never that exciting.
