Feeling Sleepy

Humans have instincts. Human instincts are not exactly the same as animal instinct, yet they exist. Studying the natures of animals assists in helping people understand behavior, yet it is time to analyze our own behavior. Anything we do not understand controls us and continues to fuel conflict between everyone.

There are many misunderstanding in which everyone searches for blame even when no one to blame. Though bothering me for awhile it is difficult to place into words to describe the problem without getting personal. Even when knowing various ideas about philosophy and psychology in order to cope or approach issues with various methods until finding a solution does not make me immune to problems; however, assisting in helping everyone work through problems so at least at there is at least one rational person around makes blogging worthwhile.

Before beginning, I should mention this is not in relation to how any dresses, music preferences or race. These aesthetics are the least valuable information when identifying any particular issue involving morals, ethics, vocation or education. In fact, a person cannot see most information about an individual by looking at them.

Though theoretical, I suffered illnesses and recovered a couple times. Close to recovering and working on increasing stamina, I witness both sides of the biggest issue most television, film and media sources are exploiting without offering a resolution.

Believing in scent instincts, unknown sources are affecting humans. Frequently, yet not all the time, our actions and understanding is develops in a part of the brain without conscious communication. This might be a part of the Id. More likely when enough people suffer the same problem, it is probably instinct.

Currently, people in media have a higher level of stamina because it relates to their job. Money and power have makes Super Stardom popular. A successful actor and actress has to function on a higher level of health to memorize and act believably throughout twelve to fourteen hour work weeks with minimal sleep. This is a high expectation in a population wherein most people go to work or school at a desk, get home and watch television.

Since this is only important for certain people, not determined by race, to qualify for this type of glorification. Frequently a new actor or actress looks slightly above average, yet find better jobs when reaching a higher point of stamina that makes them hirable. At this time they are considered attractive. After acting for several year people criticize past work. They were not as attractive in past years.

Being on both sides because of potentially self-inflicted health issues through overexertion, questionable dietary habits, holding regular jobs and lying around on the couch the problem became apparent after increasing energy levels. It is wondrous how much my perception changes in relation to other people while self-image remains the same. Other people's attitude towards me also changes drastically.

With this experience I have empathy for everyone. As a person with average health good looking people are still attractive though wondering if this endowment of intelligence and virtue is a mask. Previous their higher energy impedes on my relaxation making a negative impression in relation to their behavior. It is easy to reinforce this perception by observing a failing in their character. Perhaps they are getting by on appearance or looking trampy to get ahead. Everyone is fooled except me. Meanwhile people of the same health level look nice and when feeling sleepy everyone looks like children snuggling into bed especially during the later parts of a day, cute.

Working on increasing my health because I know sustainable levels of energy are important, at the beginning of the day everyone looks fine. Everyone looks elegant and festive, yet in the latter part of the day people fade, like a ghost. At this time I become offended because they look like monsters in various media instigated perceptions and what I used to look like at this time of the day. It explains the old tales of monsters coming out at night.

Recognizing I am still up and bouncy while I might try to make other people feel up and bouncy or recognize they are fully capable of getting through the rest of the day if focusing entirely on the immediate task. Everyone has felt tired at some time. It causes irritability and there is a limit to the amount of information a person can process.

Associations to varying characteristics are real. The extension of judgment beyond being sleepy is not. This is important to understand, because class, occupation, lifestyle and other information cannot be viewed. People are making these assumptions.

Realize someone is at a much higher or lower level of energy. Extremes cause visual differences. It does not mean anything more than this so react appropriately. Understand sleepy want an average amount of excitement to bring their energy levels up and anything else is a distraction. High stamina people should only need a helpful mention that silence and a small nap would be helpful in rejuvenating themselves.

Idealizing people on the stage and screen with higher stamina is causing mistrust. As this misunderstanding grows in hostility because of a lack of empathy or understanding it is increasing important to practice methods to diffuse or disassociate from past trauma. It is easy to dislike someone with similarities a past traumatic experience and fixate on characteristics though there are multiple experiences with other people who disprove any all encompassing statement, "They are all awful."

Hopefully, this article will diffuse an ongoing and escalating problem. There are perfectly understandable explanations of circumstances. When instinct is ignored and unexplained these types of issues are escalated into disproportionate trauma and conflict.

Pheromone Combined Instinct

A controversial issue revolves around being straight or gay, especially when scientific experiment reveals the majority are bisexual. For some it is an easy decision. Physical reactions to pheromones produce a delight or disgust reaction. Yet there are other factors contributing to attractiveness. Therefore, there must be other reasons, besides chemical attraction, forcing people to announce gender preference when seeking a significant other.

Whenever thinking about the topic, why do people even seek a significant other? Instinctual biases are produced by scent. Healthier people are attractive and produce a stronger scent. The sexually driven pheromones come from glands and create physical, vocal variations to signify a stronger masculine or feminine presence. This does not imply having sex. It implies a stronger tendency to view a person with desirable or undesirable traits.

Heterosexuals are inclined to find the opposite gender as possessing physical attractiveness, elegance, positive intellectual qualities and desirability. Having experience conversing with homosexuals, it appears the same gender possess desirable traits, the opposite gender either has neutral desirability or is a source of irritation.

There are potentially multiple reasons for this occurrence; however, I will only discuss two. A reason people might be inclined towards bisexuality is men and women produce testosterone and estrogen. Producing more of one than the other makes a person more desirable to those whom favor their gender. Frequently people produce an equal amount of both hormones, only peeking while producing reproductive cells. Another potential factor is people generally prefer people with higher levels of health and prefer the best available option.

For some, as my self, deciding is easy. Men are approachable, even when sweaty and smelly; however, women are fine when clothed and standing at a distance. At closer range, women smell disgusting in away I am thankful the olfactory system filters out constant scent similar to ears filter out constant noise, like a humming refrigerator. This effect not only allows a person to be more receptive to another's scent, it also removes attraction to family members their scent is similar through genetics. Scent is also neutralized when in consistent contact with another person. This is helpful when developing friendships or working. Married couples may want to clean and air out their home to rejuvenate passion.

It is a huge statement when anyone announces they are gay. Fiercely unusual, people do not understand. Considering anyone less than 22 years old may not have developed a physical preference, the statement is dismissible. However, someone making the same announcement as an adult has made a serious decision. This is a statement about their happy life. They might be gay or bisexual; however, they are making friends, connections and a life around being gay; therefore, even if having a relationship with the opposite gender, such as: "Fag Hag" or "Dip Stick," the opposite gender person is agreeing a secondary role and visa-versa.

Community and associations decide factors beyond physical attraction. As a part of a group, a person is urged to limit the search to one gender and provide other standards: age, religions, beliefs and so-on. Most people decide to be straight, because of procreation. This is an acceptable marital agreement to raise children. The opposing direction is people who discover they are unable to produce children moot the issue of parenting. They may pursue an opposite sex partner or same sex partner.

People attempt to enforce their own standards with words like, "normal." However, it is a matter of happiness. Men can hangout with their friend all-the-time and go to bars to have intercourse with women. Women can hangout with their friend all-the-time snuggling and enjoying romantic evenings. Otherwise, they have to find someone of the opposite gender who is compatible. Sometimes it is complicated.

People should be allowed to make their own decisions. It is tiring thinking about teens harassing teens, because they do not know their orientation. Saying, "I don't know," is not a sign of being gay or straight. It is honest. Perhaps peers are angry, because they are in a similar situation of not knowing and being forced to decide. As teen I might have been "curious," yet as an adult my olfactory system declared I am a straight woman.
